People NCP Network meeting
Access2Mexcyt participated in the Access4EU and People Network combined meeting, on February 17th in Rome. This event gathered representatives of most Access4EU projects, People NCPs from Europe and Third Countries, and EC officials and it was organized by APRE.
The European Commission gave a presentation of the international cooperation aspect within the People programme. Then, APRE and the EC introduced the People Network and the Access4EU initiative to the participants. Finally, the Access4EU project representatives were invited to present mobility opportunities for researchers in the countries they are targeting.
Access2Mexcyt presented the following Mexican programmes:
- CONACYT’s scholarship programme
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ bilateral and special scholarship programmes
- Ministry of Education scholarship programme
- National Autonomous University of Mexico postdoctoral scholarship programme (CoHu UNAM) and Training programme for teachers (PROFIP UNAM)
Information material was also disseminated: Access2Mexcyt brochures and information sheets on Mexican mobility programmes were made available to the NCPs participating in the event.
